Summary

The purpose of this article is to explore how Sapele Police Area Command or, Delta State Police Command or Nigeria Police Force may expect persons who have a good relationship with the police to act when the suspect is a relative of a police officer or a police officer. I was approached by someone regarding this issue and informed that i should drop the case due to one of the suspect being the daughter or relative of a retired or former Police officer. I told the person that i have 2 complaints, one is of theft against the 2 ladies and the other is aiding and abetting against my security guard. I told the person that the father who is indicated to be a retired or former police officer from verbal claims is welcome to approach me though he has not. I also discovered that the lady claimed to be the daughter of a former or retired police officer is a neighbor by reason of her mother living in the same street as me. It is not unreasonable to suspect that my security guard knows these ladies and aided and abetted their unlawful exit from the property at the ungodly hour of 2AM based on the personal relationship they have. The person also stated that due to my good relationship with the Police force, Its unreasonable to pursue the prosecution of the daughter of a former or retired police officer. I do not disagree. I have a good relationship with the Police force and would compromise even when i’m right to return the favor to the officers who continue to defend our lives and properties.

Main Story

I invited 2 ladies to provide massage services at my residence on 24th day of January, 2026, At 2AM in the night, both ladies exited the premises without informing me. I saw them leaving the premises which is secured by security guards on CCTV and immediately called the security guard not to let them out at that ungodly hour until i came down and asked them why they were leaving without informing me. I’ve experienced a lot of theft including a false murder accusation in such manners where the criminals entered and exited the premises without my knowledge even though it was gated. Surprisingly, my security personnel opened the gate for the 2 ladies even though i told him that they did not inform me they were leaving at such an ungodly hour.

I asked the security to invite them back in so i can ask why they were leaving without receiving payment for the massage services and at such an ungodly hour in an estate where public transport was banned at night. The security went out and said an unknown vehicle was outside waiting to pick them up. I entered my vehicle and chased the unknown vehicle who was delayed by the estate security. I told the girls that they did not inform me before leaving and should return to the premises for a review of why they left and if they stole before leaving the premises – They refused.

I told the driver who took them from my gate that the ladies left my premises without informing anyone and left the doors open with help from the security who was instructed not to open the gate until i came downstairs to ask why they were leaving, The driver can be assumed to be a co-conspirator invited to help them escape after whatever crime they may have committed – they were later accused of theft alongside my security being accused of criminal conspiracy in aiding and abetting their escape from the premises. The driver insisted he’d not give them up but the moment i told him i’d arrest him alongside them, He dropped them off and left – I suspect that whatever is missing from the premises was given to the unknown driver during the time they got into his vehicle and tried to escape.

The 2 ladies invited other parties to my surprise in their effort to abscond from my property without informing me for whatever reason prior to finding out items were missing, Another lady arrived at the estate gate and the lady stated her objective was to transport the two girls away. I told the 3 ladies that they’re required to consent to being searched to determine if and what they stole and explain why they left at 2AM without receiving the payment for massage services offered which is strange and suspicious. The driver of the lady invited to aid their escape after they failed to escape with the unknown vehicle stated that they should solicit the assistance of a nearby Navy Barrack. They went to the Navy Barrack and made claims that i refused to let them leave after exiting my premises unlawfully at 2AM in the night without informing me. I told the Naval Officers that they were suspected of criminality and that the matter has been reported to the Police. The Naval officers listened to their fictional claims and decided that they should leave the Barrack and attend to the complaint against them. Police Officers i’d invited arrived at this time.

Right before the Officers i’d invited arrived, 2 known gangsters arrived at the scene, They claimed they were driving past and stated they simply wanted to ask what was going on, I told the gangsters that i do not know them and that the ladies are suspected of criminality and required to consent to a search. The gangsters said they knew me and reminded me of a robbery at my premises a few years ago by another friend of theirs, they stated that the person who robbed me is a friend to them and that if i do not let the ladies go without searching them to ascertain what they stole and if they stole something, they’d attack and beat me up – with the Police bearing witness, I told the gangster i’d beat him up equally, the gangster is a fat guy so the excess fat in his body might give him the impression that he’d beat me up due to my slim stature. The gangster made frivolous claims such as he’d chase me from the neighborhood and commit all sorts of crimes which i may hold him accountable for if required. The Police Officers listened to the complaint and placed the girls under arrest with the first step being to visit the scene of crime and ascertain if anything was missing and if they had any stolen items in their possession.

The 2 ladies, one of whom i later discovered from verbal claims was a daughter to a retired or former Police officer started laughing at the Police officers and stated that even though she acted criminally by leaving the premises at 2AM without notifying the owner of the premises, that there was nothing that could be done against them. I told her we’d have to take an inventory and video evidence of how they left the premises without notifying anyone before charging them for a crime if anything was missing from the premises. They continued to laugh while we reviewed the CCTV Footage with the police officers and checked for missing items which we discovered was Gold amounting to about 12,000,000 Naira. I told them of the complaint and they started making excuses but were apologetic after discovering we have evidence of their crimes.

The ladies were taken to the Police station alongside my security guard. The reason the security guard was arrested was because the Police Officers asked him a simple question, Did he receive a call not to open the gate before the ladies left ?. He said Yes, that i told him not to open the gate but that he did and he was sorry. I complained that such a person would allow assassins or kidnappers into the premises and endanger the lives of me and my family.

I filed a petition against the 2 ladies and my security guard which is attached below.

The 2 ladies and my security guard gave their statement at the Police Station and did not mention that they were threatened at anytime or that i did anything that endangered or threatened them. My security guard was also apologetic when he was arrested. The story changed the next morning when they had time to think through the situation and orchestrate lies – afterthought as it is called legally. The 2 ladies started making claims that i was chanting juju or black magic words and they left due to that, the ladies also stated that i refused to have sex with them because i stated i was tired and not interested in sexual engagement. This is an important fact because they later tried to claim that i solicited sex from them. The Area Commander and other persons are witness to their statement both verbally and otherwise that i stated that i was tired and do not wish to have sexual engagements with them. The security guard gave a conflicting claim to his apology the next day, he stated that the generator at the premises was on and the sound affected his ability to hear the conversation when i called him and told him not to open the gate. He also claimed that he was in the restroom during the conversation and that affected his ability to hear what i was saying. Both claims are false because the generator was not on, and the security house is far from the generator house so sound from the generator does not affect persons in the security house. The security also lied about being in the toilet because the security phone is a landline and it would be unreasonable to carry a landline into the toilet compared to a mobile phone. Further argument against the security’s claims is that he acknowledged what i told him and confessed to the Police officers that he did wrong to open the gate for the 2 ladies after i instructed him not to do so.

Nigeria Police Force Expectation in a case of theft and criminal conspiracy against the daughter of a Retired or Former Police Officer

The purpose of this article is to explore how Nigeria Police Force may expect persons who have a good relationship with the police to act when the suspect is a relative of a police officer or a police officer.

I was approached by someone regarding this issue and informed that i should drop the case due to one of the suspect being the daughter or relative of a retired or former Police officer. I told the person that i have 2 complaints, one is of theft against the 2 ladies and the other is aiding and abetting against my security guard. The value stolen amounts to 12,000,000 Naira which is a lot but not significant for me. I’ve lost a lot more in previous incidents and have also been defrauded of much more during the recent criminal attacks against me on April 19, 2022, where i was wrongly accused of murder while complaining about an armed attack at my premises.

I told the person that the father who is indicated to be a retired or former police officer from verbal claims is welcome to approach me. I also discovered that the lady claimed to be the daughter of a former or retired police officer is a neighbor by reason of her mother living in the same street as me. It is not unreasonable to suspect that my security guard knows these ladies and aided and abetted their unlawful exit from the property at the ungodly hour of 2AM based on the personal relationship they have. I discovered that a security guard i fired on April 22, 2026, was also having unexplained engagements with different people in the neighborhood which can be suspected to be his normal food purchase routines or personal engagements such as that which is suspected to have encouraged my former security guard to open the gate for the 2 ladies even after i told him that they did not inform me before leaving the premises in a criminal manner at 2AM.

The person who spoke to me about dropping the case for the sake of the father of one of the girls, claimed to be a retired or former police officer stated that due to my good relationship with the Police force, Its unreasonable to pursue the prosecution of the daughter of a former or retired police officer. I do not disagree. I have a good relationship with the Police force and would compromise even when i’m right to return the favor to the officers who continue to defend our lives and properties. I’ve however not been approached by the said former or retired police officer who should be well aware of the complaint against his daughter for a discussion on what he suggests or requests in relation to resolving the complaint against his daughter. My complaint against the security guard who disobeyed my instruction and opened the gate for them is independent and not subject to his interference.

Defamation by the 2 ladies accused of theft and criminal exit from the property

During the arrest and argument before the Commander of Sapele Area Command, The ladies made an utterance which i found defamatory to my person. The area commander asked them if i treated them badly at anytime or threatened them, they said No. He also asked if i did anything that threatened their safety or showed signs of spirituality or juju or black magic as they claimed, They said No. They however stated that the reason they left the premises at 2AM was because i was chanting juju words. The CCTV video does not show them fleeing the premises neither does it show me practicing any juju activity. I left them briefly to check on other activities and by the time i looked at the CCTV System in my office, they were fleeing the property thinking i was probably asleep or not observing the premises from the CCTV System. I filed a petition of defamation against the ladies for claiming that i uttered juju words which is attached below.

I arrested them on 20 April, 2026, outside the court during the case before court for theft, aiding and abetting. They came with their lawyer who advised them that they should deny the claims of juju and concoct another defamatory claim. They both denied claiming that i was chanting juju words or practicing rituals that made them criminally exit the premises at 2AM and rather made new defamatory claims which i will petition and hold them liable for while we continue the criminal case at court. A copy of their denial of the claim that i was chanting juju words or practicing rituals is attached below.

The new defamatory claims will be attended to but it has been established that the 2 ladies are serial lairs who will defame my character and deny it while hoping it’d justify their criminal exit from the property at the ungodly hour of 2AM when items were discovered to be missing with them as the prime suspects.
