After I closed my office at 3 PM on April 19, 2022, I left the main office and went to the inner office. The car shown above is what I and neighbors used to assist the person I found on my premises before driving the same car to the Police station to make a report. I was arrested and my vehicle was seized while reporting that my premises was attacked. The same premises was attacked by gunmen some days before April 19, 2022, and on May 15, 2022, while I was in Police custody.

An Agbor Police Officer visited Agbor Prison to ask for my signature so she could release my car. I refused to sign. I told her the car should be left with the Police so it can be presented in court as evidence. There was no blood in my vehicle so the claim that someone was shot is unbelievable.
