I went to the Police station to report a break-in at my premises on April 19, 2022, after helping one of the people i saw in the premises. The reason i helped him was because when i asked him how he entered the premises, He said “help me and forgive me”. I called neighbors and we helped him. I saw some people running away from the side of the premises when getting my car. Around April 16, 2022, Armed men threatened to shoot me if i do not give them a piece of my land. I was lucky to survive that attack. I was arrested for no reason while reporting the attack at my premises and the Police officers refused to allow me write my complaint.

I am the complainant so i found it strange that the Police said someone was accusing me. I decided to investigate and speak to these people to understand why they were accusing me when i am the victim and i was in my gated premises.

I discovered someone named Emmanuel Uboh who claimed to be the father of one of the persons who asked me for help. My premises was attacked on April 19, 2022 and other dates before it so it took a great deal of kindness for me to help someone after experiencing an attack at my premises on April 19, 2022. The person who asked me for help sent me an SMS message saying he was sick on the same day i found him inside my premises after business closure and during the attack against the premises.

I wrote Emmanuel Uboh on Facebook on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 12:51 PM. He responded on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 4 AM. I introduced myself and told him that “I am lucky to survive multiple attempts on my life but saddened anyone would suffer sadness as a result of my business premises. I’m sincerely saddened.”(sic). I tried to be empathetic even though I did not witness a death or cause a death.

Emmanuel Uboh surprisingly then said that I was threatening people including the plumber that fixed my water tank with a gun. I did not know Emmanuel Uboh before I discovered he was one of the people accusing me so I found it strange that someone who does not know me was accusing me of threatening people with a gun. I told him No, that I had never threatened people or my plumber with a gun. The plumber is named Tuesday and he can testify that i have never threatened him with a gun.

Emmanuel Uboh responded with questions ranging from whether his son broke into my premises by jumping my fence, I told him that I did not know how the people who attacked the premises entered the premises but the gate was locked, and I was with my staff inside the premises after we closed business for the day at 3PM.

Sadly, Emmanuel Uboh issued a direct death threat against me. He said to kill me isn’t hard and that no one is looking for me. I don’t know how he got the impression that no one cares about me because my family members and millions of people were following the false accusation and i had daily visits from my family and concerned parties.

I can conclude with the conversation that Emmanuel Uboh received a report about me before April 19, 2022, by liars who claimed that I threatened them. The plumber he spoke about is named “Tuesday” and I have never threatened him. I can call him as a witness. The attack against my premises on April 19, 2022, happened after 3PM and the person that I strangely found in my premises did not reply to my SMS Message when I told him that I had closed at 3PM. The SMS is available as evidence.

Emmanuel Uboh is accusing me of killing his son, but he received a false report about me threatening people, before the day he claimed that I killed his son. He may be accusing me because of the false claim that I threatened people. The problem with his accusation is that the person they claim was killed broke into my premises alongside other people on April 19, 2022. I asked him how he entered when i found him before i went to the Police station to report after helping him with neighbors. The person that broke into my premises did not accuse me of shooting him at anytime while helping him or when i left for the Police station. He was rather asking me to forgive him. I did not shoot him but a few days before the April 19, 2022, attack, unknown gunmen almost shot me while demanding for land at the same premises.

While I was in Police custody after being detained while reporting a crime against my business premises on April 19, 2022, The attack shown below occurred on May 15, 2022. Can Emmanuel Uboh claim that the people who attacked me on April 19, 2022 and while i was in custody on May 15, 2022 are lies ?. Is the damage to my property below while i was in Police custody a lie ?. What if they killed my family members during the attack while i was detained because someone was falsely accusing me, the victim, who was attacked in his own premises ?
