The U.S carried out Military Strikes on 25th December, 2025, according to reports.

This has significant implications for U.S Spies operating in Nigeria and the current Nigerian President, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Sources claim the U.S has been carrying out intelligence sharing and strikes in Nigeria before the December 25, 2025, strike in Nigeria but none of these sources provide information such as where and when these so called previous strikes occurred. On that basis, this strike is the first U.S Military action to majority of Nigerians. Every Nigerian knew that Trump stated he’d intervene Militarily to protect Christians and he did.
I received early notice that the U.S Navy was en route to Nigeria but i did not take this notice serious as the U.S does not have a history of intervening in Nigeria’s affairs. We’re Africa’s most populous nation and we’ve handled our affairs historically – some accounts show that Nigerian soldiers have supported U.S Forces. I found it unreasonable that the U.S would intervene military in Nigeria.
The positive implications for U.S spies in Nigeria is unfathomable, being a spy is a complex business. The reality of the December 25, 2025, strike has brought about renewed confidence in American spies whom i’ve argued against historically as taking great risks by swearing allegiance to a foreign state while in Nigeria and trusting the foreign state to defend their interests. This strike by U.S Forces in Nigeria solidifies a possible argument by U.S Clandestine agencies to their spies that “We can operate in Nigeria and we can defend your interests”. Afghanistan was a failure from surface data but Nigerians are nothing like the Taliban, It’d not be unreasonable to see an increment in U.S Spies with this new confidence issued to U.S Spies by on ground operations by the U.S Military in Nigeria. The U.S has proven its capacity to operate in Nigeria – If there was something discouraging Nigerians from swearing allegiance and betraying their nation for the U.S, it is gone – U.S Spy agencies will see a surge in willing defection by Nigerians to the U.S either in clandestine capacities or outright migration. Migration has been inhibited by the Trump Administration but the next administration may rollback these inhibitions and a possible surge in defection from the Nigerian State may occur as a consequence of local U.S Presence. I discussed with a brother and he stated that he’d like to sell secure communication platforms to the Nigerian Government, My response was that the Nigerian Government may not see secure communication as a relevance at this time, chances are matters of National Security are being discussed using WhatsApp and if we’re lucky enough, Signal.
Did President Bola Ahmed Tinubu make the right decision by authorizing U.S Strikes in Nigeria ? – I don’t know, but he should gain something from it such as deletion or dismissal of U.S records argued by opposition parties to have indicted him of fraud in 1993.
How does this relate to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ?.
In 1993, U.S. authorities seized and eventually confiscated $460,000 from accounts linked to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, alleging the funds were proceeds from narcotics-related financial activities. Tinubu, who at the time lived in Chicago and worked in the financial services sector, has maintained that the funds were legally earned and denied involvement in any criminal activity. He was never charged with a crime. – https://www.msn.com/en-xl/africa/nigeria/us-court-orders-fbi-dea-to-release-tinubu-s-investigation-records/ar-AA1CPI6A
The previous paragraph states that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had his funds confiscated in the U.S, He was never charged for a crime according to the article but this issue was brought up during the Presidential Election Tribunal in 2023 when the PDP, an opposition party argued that the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu had been convicted of fraud in the United States – https://businessday.ng/news/article/election-tribunal-dismisses-pdps-allegations-of-forgery-against-tinubu.
On September 6, 2023 the presidential election tribunal in Nigeria’s capital Abuja threw out opposition challenges to the victory of Bola Tinubu in Africa’s most populous country’s February presidential election – https://www.africanews.com/2023/09/11/nigerians-react-to-election-tribunal-ruling.
The reports claiming the U.S has been carrying out Military Strikes and Intelligence operations do not cite when and where so this is considered the first major U.S Military operation in Nigeria. President Donald Trump has been very generous with pardons. Though President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was never charged with a crime in the U.S, The alleged existence of these records such as the forfeiture of funds claimed to belong to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu created a situation during the 2023 Presidential Election which was argued by the opposition party as a basis for dismissal of the President-Elect. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu can be credited as the first President to authorize U.S Military action in Nigeria – This is reason enough for President Donald Trump to act on the existence of these records in the U.S that are in a state of uncertainty to put an end to the utilization of that affair for political purposes. The Tribunal Court ruled in favor of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as such the basis for encouraging the U.S President to permanently dismiss such records that can be utilized for political purposes especially when they’re in a state of uncertainty is a fair enough request not out of support for the President but following the invalidity of these records to contest the Presidential Election outcome as ruled by the Election Tribunal.
A humorous side of the U.S Strikes is the U.S President post.
“May God Bless our Military, and MERRY CHRISTMAS to all, including the dead Terrorists, of which there will be many more if their slaughter of Christians continues,”
